How does Click & Collect work?

- Choose your selected items & add them to your cart

- Contact our Instagram or Facebook (@Montoureofficial) to have a representative confirm your order to go ahead for pick up

- Select 'Click & Collect' as the delivery method & check out as per normal

- You will then receive a time slot & details for pick up.

 

How soon is my order ready for collection?

In most* cases, orders are ready within 1 hour after payment.

 

How long can you hold the order?

We will hold your order for 30 calendar days after the date of purchase. After this time if no plans are made to collect your order, this item will be cancelled without refund. 

 

Is Click and Collect free?

Yes, it is free for all orders.

 

Where am I able to pick up my order from?

All orders are to be collected in Melbourne, Australia. Exact address & time of pick-up are both sent out to the customer once order is confirmed.
