RETURN POLICY

Before making a purchase please ensure that you are aware of our full terms and conditions.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all site policies, terms and conditions are read and understood prior to making a purchase with MONTOURE. 

If the consumer does not agree to the terms, it is recommended that they do not enter into a legally binding contract (e.g, the purchase).

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer a refund or change of mind returns. 

RETURN POLICY:

Please note: We do not offer refunds, only exchanges (& only upon inspection of the returned goods) in which store credit will be given in return. We do not offer cash refunds.

Montoure reserves the right to refuse a exchange if upon inspection the item/items are not in their original condition.

Montoure has a 30 day exchange policy, starting from the date of original purchase. To be eligible for a exchange/store credit:

-Your item/items must be in the same condition that you received it in. Unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. 

-Item/s must not have any stains, makeup, tan, odours or damage. 

- Receipt needed for proof of purchase.

-Please take care when trying on any product/s. Item/s manually defected that does not comply with our returns policy will be declined/rejected. 

-Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. 

- Shipping costs associated with returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

-We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. 

- We cannot accept returns & exchanges on swimwear, jewellery, lingerie and intimates due to hygiene reasons. 

- We cannot accept returns & exchanges on gift cards or sale items.

RESERVED RIGHTS

We reserve the right to soley define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any given time due to:

-Potential fraudulent or criminal activity

-An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of 'wardrobing' 

-An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged or missing items.
